THE DETAILS

 

Orders can be placed through Project Whimsy's Etsy account or requested directly. Once portrait is purchased, please send me a photo (or several!) of your pet/s If you have any notes or requests for the piece, you can message them to me at this time.

 

A variety of sizes are offered. Smaller paintings have .75" sides. Bigger paintings have 2" sides. Sides match the completed painting.

 

All portraits take up-to two weeks to complete, plus additional days for shipping, starting from the time the photo is sent. If the painting is needed sooner, please contact me about pushing-up the timeline.

Payment is accepted at time of purchase. There are no returns or exchanges for custom pieces. A full refund will be issued if order is canceled within 48 hours or if item arrives damaged.
